Find Your Size

How to Measure:

  1. Measure around the top of the breasts, just under your arms and where the breast tissue begins, but not including the breast (#1 in diagram).
  2. Measure around at the fullest part of the bust at the time when you are at your fullest (before nursing or pumping). Wear a good-fitting bra that isn’t constrictive and that has light or no padding (#2 in diagram).
  3. Measure around the ribcage, just underneath your breasts (#3 in diagram).

How to Calculate your Size:

  1. Calculate Your Band Size: Take measurement #1 for your band size. Round to the nearest even number. Round up if it is an odd number. Example: Measurement 34.5 would become a 34 Band Size. A measurement 37 would become a 38 Band Size.
  2. Calculate Your Cup Size: Add measurement #1 and measurement #3 together and divide by 2. Take this calculation and subtract it from measurement #2. Round to the nearest whole number. The difference is your cup size. If you are equally between sizes, we recommend the larger cup size.
  3. Cup Sizes: 1”=A, 2”=B, 3”=C, 4”=D, 5”=E(DD), 6”=F, 7”=G, etc.

  4. Find Your Size: Consult the size chart above for the corresponding Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large size.

Example One: Measurement #1 = 36”; Measurement #2 = 40”; Measurement #3 = 34”

Band Size: 36

Cup Size: Add #1 and #3 (36 + 34) and divide by 2 = 35. Subtract this number from measurement #2 or (40 - 35 = 5) = E

The resulting size is 36E or Medium

Example Two: Measurement #1 = 38”; Measurement #2 = 39.5”; Measurement #3 = 34.5”

Band Size: 38

Cup Size: Add #1 and #3 (38 + 34.5) and divide by 2 = 36.25. Subtract this number from measurement #2 or (39.5 - 36.25 = 3.25) = C

The resulting size is 38C or Large

Example Three: Measurement #1 = 34.5”; Measurement #2 = 36”; Measurement #3 = 30”

Band Size: 34

Cup Size: Add #1 and #3 (34.5 + 30) and divide by 2 = 32.25. Subtract this number from measurement #2 or (36 - 32.25 = 3.75) = D

The resulting size is 34D or Small

Example Four: Measurement #1 = 39.5”; Measurement #2 = 41”; Measurement #3 = 35.5”

Band Size: 40

Cup Size: Add #1 and #3 (39.5 + 35.5) and divide by 2 = 37.5. Subtract this number from measurement #2 or (41 - 37.5 = 3.5) = D

The resulting size is 40D or X-Large
